Jocelyn + Ajay | Palm Beach Destination Wedding
An Intimate Palm Beach Destination Wedding
On Sunday, May 7th, 2017 Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Jocelyn and Ajay's intimate destination wedding. Their Palm Beach destination wedding took place at The Chesterfield Hotel in Palm Beach, FL. Jocelyn and Ajay actually had two destination weddings. While they live in San Fransico, CA, Ajay's family lives in India and Jocelyn's family lives in South Florida. With elderly family members unable to travel, they decided to have two weddings. One wedding in India and another in Palm Beach, FL.
Jocelyn and Ajay did a fantastic job planning their Palm Beach destination wedding! You would never know it took them only 5 weeks to plan it! They wanted a simple intimate wedding with an elegant ceremony and a simple cocktail reception. The Chesterfield Hotel in Palm Beach, FL, offered them just that. This historic hotel gave an elegant charm to the affair. The perfect venue for an intimate Palm Beach wedding.
Ajay and Jocelyn, thank you so much for entrusting us to document your Palm Beach destination wedding! It was such an honor being a part of your second big day! We wish you all the best in this wonderful new season of life!

Jocelyn's dress was perfection. Gorgeous florals by Blossom Shoppe Florist. Then it was time for the first look The bridal party.Fresh pastel bouquets are my favorite. Then it was time for the ceremony to begin. These were photos of Jocelyn and Ajay's grandparents on their wedding days. Their gorgeous cake by Sugar Monkey. Then it was time to cut the cake! Sweet moments following the ceremony. Jocelyn's grandfather got emotional as he welcomed his new grandson into his family.

Sarah + Tio | Wynwood Walls Anniversary Portraits
Colorful Wynwood Walls Anniversary Portraits
On Sunday, May 7th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of capturing Sarah & Tio's Wynwood Walls Anniversary shoot in Miami, Florida! You may remember Sarah & Tio because we also captured their wedding in January of 2016. It was so fun chatting up as we strolled through Miami's Art District!
Sarah and Tio both love color! If you remember their wedding you probably remember the colors! Their Croquet Wedding was filled with colorful flowers and gorgeous details. It quickly became one of my favorite weddings that year! So when it came to their 1-year anniversary portraits they naturally decided on a magically colorful place--Wynwood.
When Sarah told me they wanted their photos done at Wynwood walls I was instantly thrilled, for multiple reasons. The main reason was because I knew they would feel happy and at-home in such a brightly colored place! I love when my clients choose a location that they truly love or where they have spent time together. They always look and feel so relaxed in a place they love! And I love relaxed and happy clients!
Sarah and Tio also brought along their adorable pug, Sofia! She posed and looked at the camera when I called her name! Andrew also had fun hanging out with her while I capture shots of just Sarah and Tio!
Sarah & Tio, thank you so much for choosing us again! We love working with you both and we can't wait to do this again next year! Here's to many more years of marriage bliss!

Alana + Dave | Dreamy Spring Wedding at the Addison in Boca Raton, FL
A Dreamy Spring Addison Wedding
On Friday, April 21st, 2017, Andrew and I had the honor of capturing Alana & Dave's dreamy wedding at the Addison in Boca Raton, Florida. Their wedding day featured many unique details that made their wedding day truly their own.
We first met Alana and Dave at Kristine & Tristan's wedding a little over a year ago. I captured a photo of Alana & Dave during their wedding and then they contacted us to capture their wedding! I love when I can look back and see the chain of client referrals that brought us our current client. A chain of four different referrals brought us Alana and Dave!
About their Addison Wedding
Alana's wedding dress was a showstopper. The stunning cut and intricate beading made her dress one to remember. Dave wore a gray suit with a white tie to match his bride. Pops of a deep purple and light green brought some color to this elegant wedding. For the favors, Dave's mother hand-made green ceramic votive candle holders. They were each unique and stamped at the bottom with Dave and Alana's names and wedding date!
One of my favorite details about their day was the band Dave brought together for their reception! Dave has been a professional musician for many years, so when it came time to select the entertainment for their wedding reception he knew exactly what he wanted to do. He began calling some of his life-long friends and hand selected the entire band. He brought together an incredible team with over 8 members! They had never played together before but you would never have guessed that! They kept the party alive all night long!
On top of having a terrific band he also arranged to have some special performances by different guests! Just when the music and the day couldn't get any sweeter, Dave got on stage and performed a song with the band dedicated to Alana! It was the sweetest thing ever! To hear the full song click here.
Special Thanks

Madison's Senior Portraits at Frenchman's Forest
Senior Portraits at Frenchman's Forest in Palm Beach Garden, Florida
On April 25th, I had the pleasure of capturing Madison's senior portraits at Frenchman's Forest in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Madison had her heart set on having a whimsical session in the woods. But, as we all know, the woods can be hard to come by in Florida. After searching and searching she came across a gem in the middle of Palm Beach Gardens. I had never even heard of the park. But she found the spot she was searching for! And, boy! Was it worth the search!
Our session started in this perfect location with the sun peeking through the surrounding trees. Madison stood out so beautifully against this lush backdrop with her gorgeous hair and her lovely smile. She wore a deep purple dress that blended so well with the location. And she added her cowgirl boots to the mix to give a touch of her style.
I first met Madison many years ago at our church when she was just a little one! I remember her sweet little face in children's choir when I was helping to lead the group. It is hard to believe that she is graduating High School already! As we were walking during her session she told me about her goals and plans. I am so proud of the strong, driven, and smart, young lady she has become!
Frenchman's Forest was such a great location choice!
