On May 31st, 2019, I had the honor of capturing some intimate Palm Beach Wedding Portraits for Daylis and Adrian. They said “I do” earlier that day at the West Palm Beach courthouse, and we met up after for their bridal portrait session! It was a gorgeous day with perfect weather. Joy was radiating from their smiles. Love was in the air!
These two have been together for nearly 10 years! A few years ago, Adrian ask Daylis’ father for her hand. He said yes, but with one condition: Daylis had to finish her higher education goals first. On May 29th, she achieved that goal and became Dr. Sardina! Two days later, she became a Mrs. As Daylis’ second cousin, I have witnessed their persistence and dedication. I am so proud of them and everything they have built so far!
Daylis & Adrian, thank you for allowing me the honor of documenting your love story! I hope this next chapter of your life together is even sweeter! Andrew and I wish you all the best! We hope you enjoy these portraits for many years to come!

A Tropical Downtown West Palm Beach Wedding at the Lake Pavilion in West Palm Beach, Florida
On Saturday, February 17th, 2018, Andrew and I had the honor of documenting Alex and Kirsten’s tropical downtown West Palm Beach wedding. This breezy spring wedding ceremony was held on the waterfront dock and the reception took place at the Lake Pavilion in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. The inspiration for their wedding was elegant and modern Palm Beach. They brought their vision together with soft rose hues and a tropical flair. They even included their adorable golden doodle named Ziggy. This was one gorgeous tropical wedding day from beginning to end!
Their Love Story:
Kirsten and Alex first met on April 30th, 2011, in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was a Saturday night and they were both meeting up with a mutual friend for a house party at the University of Cincinnati. After their eyes met for the first time, they spent the rest of the evening waiting for an opportunity to talk and get to know one another. When that moment finally came, they felt an instant connection while sharing drinks on an old, raggedy loveseat in the driveway.
They began dating and eventually moved to South Florida together in October of 2013. After moving, Alex immediately began working for an e-commerce company where he continues to helps manage one of their key accounts. Kirsten attended and recently graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s degree in Medical Science. She now works as a Physician’s Assistant for a family medicine office.
The Proposal Story:
After five years of dating Alex was ready to pop the big question! On September 17th, 2016 in Jupiter, Florida, he did just that! For several weeks Alex had been telling Kirsten his company was planning an “employee and family photo shoot” for their new line of sunglasses.
Unfortunately, the date of the “shoot” was the only Saturday that Kirsten was scheduled to be at her Internal Medicine rotation at Nova. Two days prior to the proposal, Kirsten’s instructor looked over the schedule and told her she no longer needed to come into the office because there were no interesting cases. Alex was thrilled that she could go to the “shoot”.
They got up that day and prepared for the 10:00 am shoot. His “boss” kept calling all morning to discuss the photographer, the location, etc. The original plan had been to meet at Coral Cove at 9:45am, but then the location changed to the Jupiter Lighthouse. The lighthouse employees said they had some time to check out the top of the lighthouse before the photographer arrived. A little reluctantly, Kirsten agreed to go to the top. The view was amazing and they were soaking it all in when Alex got down on one knee and popped the question!
There was never a sunglass photo shoot and Alex had convinced Kirsten’s instructor to give her the day off without giving away the surprise! The surprises continued when they went to Alex’s parents house to share the good news. Alex had arranged for Kirsten’s mother and stepfather to travel from Ohio to help celebrate the occasion!
Kirsten and Alex, thank you for allowing Andrew and I the pleasure of being a part of your gorgeous wedding day! It was such an honor to work with you both! We wish you all the best in this wonderful new season!
All the pretty details. Kirsten, you are so gorgeous!! That bouquet was perfection.Ziggy posing in the back seat with Kirsten! The handsome groomsmen. Then it was time for the first look at the Palm Beach Lake Trail next to the Flagler Museum! These two are professionals at the dip! How gorgeous is this bridal party!?
Picture perfect. Then it was time for the wedding ceremony! Their mothers gave them their first kiss, so they invited them to give them their last kiss before they say “I do.” How sweet is that!? The gorgeous tropical wedding reception decorations. Then it was party time! Toasts! Then we ended the night with cake!

25th Wedding Anniversary Family Portraits in Palm Beach, Florida
On Sunday, August 6th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Priscilla and Esteban’s 25th wedding anniversary family portraits! Priscilla was referred to us by Danielle whose photos we had taken the week before! When Priscilla and I chatted for the first time she told me about her idea of doing an elegant family portrait shoot in honor of her and Esteban’s 25th wedding anniversary!
We then chatted about outfits and locations. She described their outfits and explained how she wanted an elegant location. One of the first places that came to mind was Bethesda by the Sea! The second look was still elegant but was going to be a bit more casual. We quickly began talking about The Flagler Museum, and The Palm Beach Lake Trail right next door! And just like that, the locations were set!
The session started at Bethesda by the Sea where we capture their more formal portraits. Their elegant attire fit perfectly with the venue and couldn’t have been any more perfect! When it was time to head to the second location they changed into their second outfits which incorporated more colors that really popped against the grand Flagler Museum gate. As if their session couldn’t get any better they also brought their ADORABLE poodle, named Penny who was also dressed to impress–pearl necklace and all!
Priscilla and Esteban, thank you for allowing us the honor of documenting such a wonderful milestone in your love story. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and your family! We hope to work with you again in the future!
