25th Wedding Anniversary Family Portraits in Palm Beach, Florida
On Sunday, August 6th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Priscilla and Esteban’s 25th wedding anniversary family portraits! Priscilla was referred to us by Danielle whose photos we had taken the week before! When Priscilla and I chatted for the first time she told me about her idea of doing an elegant family portrait shoot in honor of her and Esteban’s 25th wedding anniversary!
We then chatted about outfits and locations. She described their outfits and explained how she wanted an elegant location. One of the first places that came to mind was Bethesda by the Sea! The second look was still elegant but was going to be a bit more casual. We quickly began talking about The Flagler Museum, and The Palm Beach Lake Trail right next door! And just like that, the locations were set!
The session started at Bethesda by the Sea where we capture their more formal portraits. Their elegant attire fit perfectly with the venue and couldn’t have been any more perfect! When it was time to head to the second location they changed into their second outfits which incorporated more colors that really popped against the grand Flagler Museum gate. As if their session couldn’t get any better they also brought their ADORABLE poodle, named Penny who was also dressed to impress–pearl necklace and all!
Priscilla and Esteban, thank you for allowing us the honor of documenting such a wonderful milestone in your love story. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and your family! We hope to work with you again in the future!

On July 25th, we had the pleasure of documenting some Singer Island lifestyle family portraits and some senior portraits as well! Half the session was dedicated to family vacation portraits and the other to Alison for her high school senior portraits! Their session took place at Ocean Reef Park and Beach in Singer Island.
Alison’s High-School Senior Portraits
We started the session by capturing Alison’s Singer Island destination senior portraits! The weather was gorgeous and there were just enough clouds to create perfect lighting!
Alison wore a gorgeous black dress that really stood out against the pastel background.
Then we just changed views and this is what happened… Magic! These were my favorite shots from her session! Then we captured a few more by the water! How gorgeous is this scene!?!
Family Beach Portraits
Then it was time for some Singer Island lifestyle family portraits! They are such a great family and it was such a pleasure working with them!
We started on the upper deck before heading down to the beach! Then we got our toes in the sand for a few dreamy golden-hour family portraits! Ocean Reef Beach never disappoints! Just a few more portraits of mom and dad! Some of my favorites! Just because candids are my favorite. When I asked them to pause and look at me, this is what I got… 🙂 Fun photo to end their fun session!

South Florida Family Vacation Portraits at Ocean Reef Park on Singer Island
On Tuesday, July 18th, 2017, we had the pleasure of capturing some family portraits of the Parks family while vacationing in South Florida! Their South Florida family vacation portraits took place on a bit of a stormy day at Ocean Reef Park on Singer Island. The Weather Channel said there would be clear skies but storm clouds were definitely coming. This weather, however, made for some amazing beach photos! The light was incredible and this may be my favorite family portrait shoot to date!
We started our session with a few portraits on the boardwalk that leads to Ocean Reef Beach. Then we walked down to the beach for a few more portraits in this rustic beach scene. How cute is he!? Walks on the beach with mommy and daddy.
So much love! One of my favorites! Those curls and that smile. Such a cutie pie. Because riding on daddy shoulders is the best. Another plus of having a portrait session on a stormy week day… the beach was completely empty! Then we captured a few more family portraits by the coral rocks on Ocean Reef Beach! This is my favorite part of this beach! Discovering the beach. Experiencing feet sinking in the sand! The best option to get your foot out of the sand? Sit in the wet sand and pull it out! 😉“Mommy, what is this stuff and why won’t it come off?” He didn’t want to let go of mommy! Because mommy and daddy always deserve a few portraits of just them together! Ocean Reef Beach was absolutely gorgeous this day! Snuggles with mommy! Laughing with daddy! We ended our session with giggles and smiles!

On June 12th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Daniela and Renzo’s dreamy Boca Raton engagement shoot at Mizner Park and Florida Atlantic University. Boca Raton played a special part in their love story — how precious it was to capture their love, where it all began.
About their engagement session:
Where do I begin with these two!? Simply stated: their session was an absolute dream — and yes, that is an understatement. They mastered my “Four Core” poses within seconds. They made lifts and dips look effortless! I must say I was impressed when Renzo cleared out his pockets before I had a chance to remind him. What a detailed groom-to-be who took the initiative and time to read through my Wedding Guide ebook!
Daniela and Renzo’s engagement session began in the iconic center of Mizner Park. Their session took place on a breezy cloudy evening, which is my favorite! Lighting is so important, and we definitely had our pick of the most glorious, even light. The grand fountain in the center of Mizner Park created the perfect statement of a backdrop to document their love.
Where it all began…
Campus romance was in the air when Renzo and Daniela attended Flordia Atlantic University. So, of course it was very fitting to return to the very place where they met and fell in love! What added even more fun and love to their session? Their energetic, joy-filled pup Chuck, a chocolate lab. (What’s up, Chuck!) He was beyond adorable and posed so well for me!
Daniela and Renzo, it truly was a pleasure capturing your story. Thank you so much for choosing us to document your engagement photos! This engagement shoot — the fun, the love, and the effortless romance in spades — makes us all the more excited for what your wedding day will bring.

On Sunday, May 7th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of capturing Sarah & Tio’s Wynwood Walls Anniversary shoot in Miami, Florida! You may remember Sarah & Tio because we also captured their wedding in January of 2016. It was so fun chatting up as we strolled through Miami’s Art District!
Sarah and Tio both love color! If you remember their wedding you probably remember the colors! Their Croquet Wedding was filled with colorful flowers and gorgeous details. It quickly became one of my favorite weddings that year! So when it came to their 1-year anniversary portraits they naturally decided on a magically colorful place–Wynwood.
When Sarah told me they wanted their photos done at Wynwood walls I was instantly thrilled, for multiple reasons. The main reason was because I knew they would feel happy and at-home in such a brightly colored place! I love when my clients choose a location that they truly love or where they have spent time together. They always look and feel so relaxed in a place they love! And I love relaxed and happy clients!
Sarah and Tio also brought along their adorable pug, Sofia! She posed and looked at the camera when I called her name! Andrew also had fun hanging out with her while I capture shots of just Sarah and Tio!
Sarah & Tio, thank you so much for choosing us again! We love working with you both and we can’t wait to do this again next year! Here’s to many more years of marriage bliss!
We started the shoot in front of one of my favorite walls! Sarah & Tio wore the PERFECT colors! They matched so well with many different walls! When I saw this spot I got really excited! These colors were gorgeous and matched what they were wearing perfectly! Meet Sofia the pug! Loved the colors in this spot!

Senior Portraits at Frenchman’s Forest in Palm Beach Garden, Florida
On April 25th, I had the pleasure of capturing Madison’s senior portraits at Frenchman’s Forest in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Madison had her heart set on having a whimsical session in the woods. But, as we all know, the woods can be hard to come by in Florida. After searching and searching she came across a gem in the middle of Palm Beach Gardens. I had never even heard of the park. But she found the spot she was searching for! And, boy! Was it worth the search!
Our session started in this perfect location with the sun peeking through the surrounding trees. Madison stood out so beautifully against this lush backdrop with her gorgeous hair and her lovely smile. She wore a deep purple dress that blended so well with the location. And she added her cowgirl boots to the mix to give a touch of her style.
I first met Madison many years ago at our church when she was just a little one! I remember her sweet little face in children’s choir when I was helping to lead the group. It is hard to believe that she is graduating High School already! As we were walking during her session she told me about her goals and plans. I am so proud of the strong, driven, and smart, young lady she has become!
The light was amazing!! These are some of my favorite shots from the whole session! Frenchman’s Forest was such a great location choice!

On Sunday, March 12th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of capturing Kirsten and Joseph’s elegant Worth Avenue engagement shoot. We began our session in the Westward part of Worth Avenue and ended our session at the Palm Beach Clock Tower.
Kirsten and Joseph, it was truly our pleasure capturing your engagement photos! Andrew and I are so excited to be a part of your wedding day in November!
First, we started one street over from Worth Avenue where there is a gorgeous building with amazing detail! Kirsten, you are STUNNING!!Then a few shots in front of the Saks Fifth Avenue ivy wall. Afterward, we captured one of my favorite sets from their engagement session! The following photo isn’t generally a style I dabble in often, but this day I was feeling something different. I ended up being pretty happy with the result.
Then we captured a few classic photos with the iconic Palm Beach Clock Tower.

On Wednesday, January 11th, I had the pleasure of capturing Chloe’s Palm Beach senior portraits. Joy and laughter filled this session. We strolled the street of Worth Avenue together capturing lifestyle photos along the way.
When Chloe and her mom, Kelly, first reached out to me I was quite flattered. Kelly told me that they had been following my work on Instagram for over a year and Chloe had dreamt of her Senior portrait session in Palm Beach with me! However, I felt even more flattered when she told me she lives in North Carolina and would be making the trip to Florida primarily for this! Needless to say, I was very excited to meet and work with them both.
Just as I thought, we instantly connected. Right away I felt like I had known them for years! I love how this passion of mine that I get to call my “job” allows me to meet new friends all over the country!
Chloe was such a pleasure to work with and her radiant smile filled every frame with so much joy. The session took place on colorful Palm Beach and Chloe’s Lilly Pulitzer outfits fit the scene perfectly. This shoot was one of my favorite portrait shoots to date and you’re about to see why!
Chloe and Kelly, thank you so much for choosing me to capture such an important season of life! It was a complete honor working with you both! I look forward to working with you again! I hope you enjoy your portraits!
Lilly Pulitzer’s “You Gotta Regatta” is my favorite patterns and when I saw Chloe’s dress, I knew the perfect spot!

It’s that time of year! Time to snuggle up close with the one you love, share some cheer and have some Christmas portraits taken! These Palm Beach maternity Christmas portraits were special ones because they were for our dear friends Frank and Brooke who have a very precious Christmas gift on its way! As you may remember, back in early November I shared their pregnancy announcement photos. And for this shoot, they are excited to announce the gender of their baby!
Last weekend, they had a Christmas gender reveal party. The theme was “Baby it’s cold outside”! How cute is that!? Brooke and Frank wanted to be surprised along with everyone else at the party so in the weeks leading up to the party Brooke asked if I would be the person to find out, keep the secret and find something Christmas related for them to open at the party that would reveal the gender of their baby. I was so honored to be the first know and couldn’t wait to find the perfect gift! Once I received the envelope from the doctor stating the gender, I immediately went out looking for a Christmas ornament!
After searching at a few places, I found the perfect one. “There is no greater gift than the love of a son”, it read. That’s right, they are having a BOY! When they opened it at the party and read it, their faces were priceless. It was a perfect moment.
The following day, we captured a few joyful Christmas maternity portraits in Palm Beach, Florida. Here are a few of our favorites! Enjoy!
Holding the ornament that revealed the gender of their baby! Aren’t they just the cutest couple?!
