On Saturday, January 27th, 2018, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Chris and Brandy’s Royal Palm Commons Park engagement session! It was a cool, sunny morning but extremely windy. Half the session was spent battling the wind! Despite the consistent breeze we were able to capture their gorgeous engagement photos!
Brandy and Chris are such a sweet couple and we are so excited to document their wedding in just over a month! Their wedding will be held at the stunning PGA National Resort & Spa! The theme will be Cinderella inspired, perfect fit for their fairytale love story.
Brandy and Chris, thank you for choosing Andrew and I to document your sweet love! We are so honored to be a part of this special season of your lives! We hope you love your engagement photos!

Worth Avenue Engagement Photos in Palm Beach, Florida
On December 23rd, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of capturing Marlena and Drew’s Worth Avenue engagement photos! These two are the cutest together! We had such a great time strolling along the street of Worth Avenue with them as we chatted about their wedding!
Their session began towards the westward part of Worth Avenue and ended on the beach. They had two outfits, a dressy and a casual one. Since Drew is in the Air Force he wore his sharp uniform for his first outfit and Marlena wore a gorgeous white dress. For their second look they went with a casual outfit perfect for sunset portraits on the beach.
Marlena and Drew, thank you for choosing us to document your engagement photos! It was such a pleasure working with you both! We wish you all the best in this exciting season of wedding planning!

On Saturday, August 12, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Elisa and Brian’s Red Reef Beach Engagement in Boca Raton, Florida. Their session was filled with sweet smiles and gorgeous beach scenes! They chose Red Reef Beach and Park because it has been a special place to them, for a while. They will also be tying the knot here in May 2018!
Elisa and Brian are such a sweet couple! They were referred to us by a mutual friend of ours (Thanks, Sheri)! These two were constantly laughing and beaming! It is always nice having a joyful couple in front of my camera!
Elisa and Brian, thank you so much for allowing Andrew and I the pleasure of capturing your engagement photos! It was so nice meeting and working with you both! We are so excited to document your wedding next year!
Our session began along the upper deck at Red Reef Beach and Park. One of my many favorites!
A spot where they have watched many sunrises together. This is the spot where they may be saying “I DO” in MAY! It was such a gorgeous day! Love these joyful smiles! Then while they changed into their second outfit it was time for some ring shots! Next, we walked down to the beach for a few casual portraits.
They handled advanced posing like pros! Another favorite! Then we walked down to the shoreline for a few more romantic photos. More laughter… my FAVORITE! 🙂 How cute are they!? We finished our session relaxing with the ants on a grassy hill…oops! 😉
Thanks again Elisa and Brian! We hope you enjoy your engagement photos! See you in May!

He got down on one knee and popped the big question at the Breakers in Palm Beach the day before their engagement shoot. They were still on cloud 9 and beaming with joy. Her dream was to be proposed to in Palm Beach–a place she often visited with her family. Although she had her suspicions when the question was asked, it came as a wonderful surprise. She had the man of her dreams, a gorgeous ring on her finger and had packed her favorite Lilly Pulitzer dress! She was ready for her next surprise!
Stephanie’s parents contacted us a few weeks prior to their trip to Palm Beach from Chicago. They told me the plan and how they wanted to surprise Stephanie with her dream engagement shoot in Palm Beach the day after the proposal!
Stephanie’s mom, Lori, even wrote a personalized poem that she framed and gave to Stephanie after the proposal to tell her about her second surprise—her dream engagement shoot!
It was such a pleasure working with this happy couple! It was such an honor to capture their Palm Beach destination engagement photos!
Stephanie and Brandon,
Andrew and I wish you all the best as you begin this wonderful new season of life! We hope you enjoy looking back on your engagement photos for many years to come!
We started with a few quick portraits in the colorful Worth Avenue! Then we made our way to the Worth Avenue Clock Tower! The main spot Stephanie always dreamt of having her engagement photos captured at! When I saw Stephanie’s ring I was in awe. It was one gorgeous ring. Then she told me that her uncle was the owner of Astrein’s Creative Jewelers and designed her incredible ring for Brandon to give to her! How sweet is that!? The framed photo her parents gave her after the proposal to tell her about her engagement shoot with us! Then it was time for a few classic beach photos! Then we finished up their Palm Beach destination engagement shoot with a few more photos in front of the Worth Avenue Clock Tower!

On Tuesday, February 21st, I had the pleasure of capturing Jessica and Trey’s colorful Palm Beach engagement shoot on Worth Avenue. Fresh, vivid Spring flowers had just been planted in Worth Avenue when we captured their engagement session. These bright blooms brought so many gorgeous colors to their shoot!
Jessica and Trey were so much fun to work with! Andrew and I are so excited to capture their September wedding in Jupiter, Florida!
Their Love Story
Jessica and Trey met in Hawaii, though he was originally from Maryland and she was from Kansas. Trey moved to Hawaii in 2010 and in June of 2014 he started working for Ko’ Olina Golf Club. He loved that this job gave him the flexibility to go to school and play free golf at one of the nicest courses on the island.
Jessica moved to Hawaii in July of 2014. She immediately began applying for jobs but was finding it very difficult to find a job in Hawaii. After a few months of searching, she finally found one. It just so happened to be the very same golf course where Trey worked at! Jessica knew absolutely nothing about golf and had absolutely no idea what an OGS person would even do, but it was a job! On her first day, Trey came up and introduced himself. Her first thought was, “Finally! Someone close to my age who’s from the mainland!”
Jessica told me, “It wasn’t anything like love at first sight, but more like friends at first sight.” Trey ended up training Jessica and he had her laughing the whole entire time. She felt like they had been friends forever, and it wasn’t long before they started hanging out after work occasionally.
One of their first dates was on the North Shore where they took some wine down to the beach and looked at the stars. During their date and Trey said, “How incredible is it that a guy from Maryland and a girl from Kansas meet in the middle of the ocean after all of these years?” Then he kissed her for the first time and they have been together ever since.
Jessica ended up going back to Kansas in November 2015 to visit her family and friends for a week. After she got back to Hawaii they started talking about getting married. One afternoon they went to a ring shop to look and see, and he ended up ordering something that day. Jessica told him that since she knew it would be coming she wanted to be surprised once the ring was ready and have a romantic proposal.
Well…. she couldn’t wait, once she found out that he had picked up the ring she told him she didn’t really need anything super romantic. The next day he ended up getting down on one knee in their kitchen and asked her to marry him! She was so incredibly excited that it felt like she didn’t even know it was going to happen.

On Sunday, February 12th, Andrew and I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Alana and Dave capturing their Worth Avenue engagement photos. We enjoyed the breezy afternoon strolling the street getting to know them and chatting about their wedding! They will be tying the knot on April 21st, 2017 at the Addison in Boca Raton, Florida. Andrew and I are so excited to document their big day!
First, we started with some classic portraits under the dreamy archways of Worth Avenue. Then we captured some more romantic and lifestyle portraits in some of my favorite spots on the Island. Then it was time for some ring shots!
The watch in the photo below was a sweet gift from Alana to Dave. After capturing a few photos of her engagement ring Alana told me that the second ring she was wearing was given to her by Dave’s mother as an engagement gift! How sweet is that!? We had some fun capturing ring shots! The classic photo under the Palm Beach Clock Tower! One of my favorites from their session!

It’s that time of year! Time to snuggle up close with the one you love, share some cheer and have some Christmas portraits taken! These Palm Beach maternity Christmas portraits were special ones because they were for our dear friends Frank and Brooke who have a very precious Christmas gift on its way! As you may remember, back in early November I shared their pregnancy announcement photos. And for this shoot, they are excited to announce the gender of their baby!
Last weekend, they had a Christmas gender reveal party. The theme was “Baby it’s cold outside”! How cute is that!? Brooke and Frank wanted to be surprised along with everyone else at the party so in the weeks leading up to the party Brooke asked if I would be the person to find out, keep the secret and find something Christmas related for them to open at the party that would reveal the gender of their baby. I was so honored to be the first know and couldn’t wait to find the perfect gift! Once I received the envelope from the doctor stating the gender, I immediately went out looking for a Christmas ornament!
After searching at a few places, I found the perfect one. “There is no greater gift than the love of a son”, it read. That’s right, they are having a BOY! When they opened it at the party and read it, their faces were priceless. It was a perfect moment.
The following day, we captured a few joyful Christmas maternity portraits in Palm Beach, Florida. Here are a few of our favorites! Enjoy!
Holding the ornament that revealed the gender of their baby! Aren’t they just the cutest couple?!

On Saturday, November 12th, Andrew and I had the pleasure of capturing Kirsten and Alex’s North Palm Beach engagement photos along with their adorable goldendoodle, Ziggy. Their session was so simple but absolutely stunning! Their pup Ziggy joined for many of their portaits and was unbelievely well behaved! He even stood still long enough for me to capture Kirsten’s engagement ring on the tip of his nose!
Kirsten and Alex have been together for 5 years! The first two years were long distance and Alex did not have a car at the time so he used to take the Greyhound bus to see Kirsten every weekend! In October of 2013, they moved to Florida together and have been living in the Sunshine State ever since! On September 17th, Alex proposed at the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse! Kirsten was completely surprised but the surprises did stop there! Afterwards, they went to his parents’ house to share the news and to Kirsten’s surprise her mom and step dad were there all the way from Ohio!
Kirsten & Alex, thank you for allowing Andrew and I the pleasure of being a part of this memorable season! We can’t wait to capture your wedding day in Febuary of 2018!
My favorite photo of the day! Another favorite! Kirsten, seriously you are absolutely stunning!! The engagement ring on Ziggy’s nose!! Still can’t believe he stood still enough for me to get this photo and in FOCUS! He found a new ball! That dreamy golden light!!
West Palm Beach Vacation Portraits at the Hilton in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida
A few weekends ago, my younger sister Alissa and her husband Gian-Paul came into town for the weekend. They decided to stay at the new Hilton in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. On Saturday evening, after we had dinner, Alissa invited us to check out the Hilton with them. So we hung out in their room for a bit and then explored the Hotel.
As we were moseying around the gorgeous new Hilton, I had an idea. My sister had her hopes for a quick photoshoot while they were in town and the Hilton had so many cool features and spots for photos. That gave me an idea! I asked my sister if she wanted to do a shoot the next morning. She almost immediately said yes and naturally responded with “I even just got a new dress today at the mall!”
My sister’s shopping habits finally came in handy because she had just brought a great new dress that had a similar color palette as the hotel. Hues of gray and other neutrals blended so well with the surroundings. The Hilton had many modern touches, providing a truly unique setting.
The shoot began in the front lawn area of the Hilton where we captured some breezy wide portraits. Afterward, we made our way around the hotel eventually making our way to the pool area. The pool area had so many perfect spots for portraits. It ended up being where we spent the majority of our time.
Alissa & Gian-Paul, thank you for coming to visit and waking up early on your vacation for portraits! 🙂 See you soon!

On Saturday, the 27th of August, I had the pleasure of capturing Lauren and Phillip’s engagement shoot at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida! This romantic engagement shoot features many iconic sights all around the elegant Breakers resort in Palm Beach. The shoot ended with watching tiny just-hatched sea turtles making their way to the shoreline!
About the engagement shoot:
Lauren and Phillip’s engagement shoot began on the south end of the Breakers near the golf course. The freshly trimmed lawn, tall swaying palm trees and a charming beach house in the background set the scene for the first set of shots. Afterward, we captured a few shots around the historic fountains at the Breakers! The grand fountain directly in front of the resort provided a dramatic and romantic scene.
Every single part of the Breakers is absolutely gorgeous, but by far my favorite location is the Breakers’ Mediterranean Ballroom! In this ballroom, we captured a few romantic shots near the immense floor-to-ceiling french windows! The rich afternoon sunlight was pouring in and helped create an intimate and dreamy scene.
We ended the engagement session on the beach. While we were overlooking the shore from the pool deck we spotted little creatures crawling towards the water. We soon realized they were sea turtles!! We walked down to the beach and watched them make their way to the water! As the sun was setting, storm clouds were rolling in and the waves were crashing against the rocks. It was truly the perfect way to end the shoot!
Lauren & Phillip, thank you so much for allowing Andrew and I the pleasure of capturing your engagement photos! We are so honored you chose us and cannot wait to be a part of your wedding day! We hope you love your engagement photos!
I love pathways like this! The golf course: The Breakers fountain The breathtaking Mediterranean Ballroom! The Mediterranean Courtyard had beautiful light! We ended this engagement session at the Breakers by taking in the breathtaking scenes.Baby sea turtles!! They were so cute! The ocean was amazing this evening! The crashing waves were incredible!
If you have followed my blog for the past few months, you may think Lauren looks familiar! That’s because Lauren is the older sister to another CBP bride, Lindsay, who is getting married next month! Lindsay’s Fort Myers engagement shoot was featured a few months back! Both Lindsay and Lauren have been in front of my camera a handful of times! Lauren has been a guest at a few of the weddings I have captured and Lauren has been a bridesmaid in three of my weddings over the past few years! Now they are both getting married and I couldn’t be more thrilled that I have the pleasure of telling their stories!
